QESH Coördinator

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Quality/Environment/Safety/Health (QESH) system.

You will support management in ensuring compliance with and assurance of the Division STS-QSE policy, including applicable legal provisions, customer requirements, and applicable standards.

Other duties and responsibilities include:
I. Coordinate;
Efficient and effective coordination of QESH work such that the intended objectives can be achieved.
II. Support work process;
Ensuring continuity within the processes regarding all QESH matters.
III. Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate projects;
Projects developed and implemented according to customer needs, in accordance with agreed internal procedures. Monitoring projects such that timely measures can be taken so that the project proceeds according to the project plan.
IV. Safety, quality and environment;
achieving QESH objectives as agreed with the customer and ensuring safety and environmental awareness in the department.

- You have HBO working and thinking level with at least 3 years of experience in a similar QESH position;
- You have knowledge of ISO-certifications
- You have knowledge of logistics and business processes in particular related to QESH aspects;
- You are familiar with (inter)national laws and regulations and quality standards;
- You are excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and knowledge of IT systems used within Business Excellence is a plus (e.g. audit tools,
reporting tools, etc);
- You have excellent communication skills in the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing;
- Knowledge of organizational processes.
