    Functieomschrijving

    As Warehouse Admin you will be responsible for the tasks (but not limited to) below:

    • Responsible for efficient planning for all transport within the NL and EU

    • Making a daily planning of all shipments

    • Arrange inland transportation

    • Selection and screening of carriers and asses on performance management

    • Coordination and execution of truck and express shipments

    • Follow-up on lead times of bookings

    • Monitor quality

    Vereisten

    • Vocational education (MBO+) in the area of freight forwarding

    • 3 – 5 years' experience in an operational role in the freight forwarding

    • Knowledge of Warehousing, Planning and Warehouse administration

    • Knowledge of customs, export/import processes and industry regulations

    • Effective user of IT systems used in the freight forwarding industry (both Operational, invoicing and company tools)

    • Fluent in local language and English (read, spoken and written)

    • VGB prior to the start of the employment which needs to be renewed every five years

    • Air Cargo Employee certificate

    Additional requirements:

    • Ability to work in shifts (Incl. weekends)

    • In possession of a driver’s license
